[Novalug] New Space needed for meetings

For those who are new, we started at a Library in Manassas and quickly 
moved to Centerville. We were there for MANY years until our our 
reservation 'got lost' a few months in a row.

I have NO issues moving to a library. The issue we ran into was that we 
followed the rules by scheduling only 4 meetings out, but somehow the 
space would get double booked and we would be moved to a small room or 
canceled.

I can look into Reston Library (4 stop lights up Reston Parkway from 
Oracle). There is wireless there. My concerns are:
    library opens at 10am, so 1015 is more realistic start time
    getting the space every month we meet
