I agree that WiFi should not be a priority for mtg. space.

As regards distance: there are also attendees who come from other 
directions - I'm in Bethesda. For what it's worth, I've been traveling 
18 mi to Oracle's site which is better for me than Ted's old hang out. 
If the mtg. had been taking place in Centereville, (rhetorically) would 
I have attended (rhetorically: NO)?

A major strength of noVAlug is it's proximity to geekdom - the Dulles IT 
corridor. I believe this helps raise and maintain a critical mass - 
along with our fearless, benevolent dictator/leader - Greg. It takes a 
selfless leader to keep things going and his leadership has probably 
helped much in keeping the group alive for so long. At least that's my 
feeling about volunteer organizations - a key leader / spark plug is 
required to keep up the momentum. (I'm saying: thanks, Greg.)
