[Novalug] Cub Scouts and Computers

It's one of the awards the boys can earn, either as part of the advancement
program or as an extra-credit to develop their interest of different sports
and academic activities and get more stuff to wear on their uniform and brag
vests.  And have lots of fun in the process.
