[Novalug] [Dclug] DC libraries participating in a national survey of computer use in libraries.

I think what bombed me out of the survey
was refusing to put in my birth year/date
[one of the first questions],
with an error that I needed to be 16? or above
to participate...  No responding/ don't want to
offer that one info was not the same a being
underage...

and as a https session didn't let me back in.
