[Novalug] Recording Flash-based streaming radio

All,

I'd like to record a local radio show to listen to at
a later time.  The show is on Jack FM:
http://www.1027jackfm.com/main.html

The station's on-air content may be streamed via the "click to
listen live" button at the top.  Streaming requires Flash.

Ideally, I'd like to setup a cron job to record the above
streaming content, then play it back later on my computer.
My first set of Google searches didn't show anything easy.  Does
anyone have any suggestions?
