[Novalug] Billix : am I out of my tree?

 	I hit a mention somewhere, read a few sites, and decided 
to try to get it. Downloaded OK, and even extracted it onto a 
geekstick; but the directions what to do next

have me wa-a-aay out of my depth. Is there a pony (aka trot), or 
a pons asinorum, somewhere? Or had I better duck back outta there 
while the duckin' is good, before I hurt myself?
