Native resolution is what matters. It's what the LCD panels or DLP chip is 
made for. The "max" means it scales that higher res image down. Normally 
this looks like some distorted stuff. It's useful if the computer is set 
to the wrong resolution so you can change the computer to match the 
projector.

But not useful for normal operations. Fonts look funky.
