near the top of the program is a line:
print "Filename extension add/remove utility $O 1.0 by Bonnie Dalzell 
2009\n";
in that line the $O - that is dollar sign upper case letter O [Oh] needs 
to be changed to $0 - that is dollar sign numeral zero.
I can repost the entire program if needed.
