I've always wondered what effect Google has had, by hiring so many people 
off of other companies. Then they don't seem to do much with the talent.

I mean, google search engine was cool, gmail is okay I guess.

But really they haven't been that stellar, given the amount of money and 
attention they get. Are they stifling others?
