[Novalug] Recommend a good SATA external drive enclosure?

I will not buy one of those enclosures without a fan -- at any one time
there are very few like that and they keep changing.  I found one at
Tiger direct which says its a trayless one, so I have just ordered
that.  None of the ones which come with a drive already in the enclosure
seem to have fans.
