That link returned a grand total of 7 hits, broken down we have:

* 2 VoIP applications
* 1 ffmpeg front end for Mac OS X (that I've used and would only
recommend it if your alternative is doing ffmpeg via SMS on a RAZR
with a wonky 6 key)
* 1 that processes video to "detect shots" (crime prevention? photo
shoot video taping?) No home page, no downloads.
* 1 that specifically creates video for mobile phones (3gpp)

Of the two that might fit, the first one Xmffmpeg has a home page now
owned by a squatter, and thus instantly disqualified. The second one
WinFF is primarily written for Windows, but they bothered to do a GTK
port. By just the name i ignored it entirely the first time through
the list assuming it was a Windows only program. Based on the screen
shots, this might be workable, but I have little hope of it being a
"good" solution.

There really isn't a good linux front-end for video conversion to
DVD.  I wish there were.

Interestingly enough, Handbrake doesn't even show up. HB doesn't
create DVDs, but it does use ffmpeg.
