So how do you specify what you are
trying to manage? Details of what
the ideas presented / offered by the
community are, and then
do calculations on critical path
without [self] documenting the
entire design?
I'm thinking of OLPC and wiki.laptop.org
and later wiki.sugarlabs.org
not to mention the
NoVAPeers.PBWorks.com
which someone called a blog,
since didn't "get buyin"
(read someone/gov "providers" stole the money
for off the shelf NetworkOfCare.org).
