[Novalug] FIOS (again)?

Sometimes the techs installing FIOS will cut/remove existing POTS
copper wire. This makes it expensive to dump FIOS and go back to
what you had. If you want to keep the copper intact ( even if unused)
make sure it's written in the contract, and that the installers have
actually understood that the copper stays.
Sometimes the copper is removed just because it's easier for the
installer to install FIOS since the new plumbing can go through holes
which the old plumbing uses. I won't get into the debate over
Verizon pushing to dump copper entirely or not.
