I've been working with the MIT Enterprise Forum for several years, and
this week we're going to have an event that I think will appeal to
many NoVaLUGers.
On Tuesday, the MIT Enterprise Forum is hosting a Wireless
Applications Startup Lab featuring two local iPhone development
companies, TapMetrics and KeenGuides.
Like NoVaLUG, the Enterprise Forum is an educational non-profit
organization. The Forum focuses on educating innovative entrepreneurs
in all stages of the startup lifecycle through programs that highlight
how real companies are tackling real problems. The Startup Lab is a
program where two early-stage companies present their business plans
and a panel of three experts provide commentary on everything from the
presentation itself to their financial projections to how they're
positioned in the market.
The event is free to MITEF members, $35 to non-members. More
information and pre-registration is available on the MITEF.org
website[1].
