[Novalug] Problem w/ Win Install in VirtualBox VM

Having successfully installed Win-7 in a VirtualBox VM under Ubuntu 10.04 on 
my desktop PC, I decided to try the same on my Thinkpad. Unfortunately, while 
running the install, the Windows installer says it can not find a hard drive 
to use.

I've searched, Googled, read fora, etc., to no avail. Solution?

My next post will be about maybe importing the "Appliance" containing the 
working Win-7 from my desktop PC - as a possible solution.
