I think it was called Xenix.  Back in high school, I remember working on
an MS-branded UNIX (or close enough to UNIX for government work) that
ran the PoS terminals at some of the Taco Bells north of Pittsburgh, PA.

It's been over ten years, so I'd have to dig out my notes from back then
to be sure.
