[Novalug] problem with power state change on laptop

A new wrinkle, the older kernel that is on here seems to not have the
problem with the power changes.

        kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.18-164.10.1.el5

locks up when power state changes,

kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.18-164.el5

does not.

So for now I guess I will use the older one but I wonder what the cause of
the problem is.
