In addition to the excellent responses give, I offer my own addition.
yum list '*ffice*' will list all packages with 'office' in their name.
We don't know whether 'office' is capitalized or not (it's not), so we
leave off the 'o', at least initially.
If you want a peek into the inner working of the installation procedure,
then unpack the ISO sometime and look in the repo directory. You will
see a file called comps.xml. Essentially, it's the XML representation of
the Software Selection Menu of the install procedure.
You might also want to delete all the lines that match "xml:lang", they
only clutter up the file if all you habla is Inglés.
