[Novalug] underlined file invisible? (Nino Pereira)

Nino:

Thinking outside of the box, try emptying everything but this file out 
of the directory where the offending file is located. Then remove the 
bad actor using wild cards only for the file name. Or, remove this dir 
and it's contents. Maybe as root.

I've had analogous things happen (in trash) and had to use similar, 
proctological approaches.
