[Novalug] Happy Pi Day!

And a big day for Washington Apple Pi,
one of my first users groups,
back with Apple II, later Mac
(Banana 9000 varieties),
will full BBS, nibble and byte
magazine articles,
published newsletter/ journal
and other resources, but
one thing I noticed of the booths
at USENIX LISA was we were
the only one that didn't charge
membership fees, the other nonprofit
"vendors" FSF, BSD, etc
charged to formally "join",
but had "products" / t shirts/
little red devil ears (would be nice
on top of a green OLPC XO !
and even better running on it ;-)
booth swag, etc...
