[Novalug] IPv6 experiments

Hello,
I thought I would try (again) to get IPv6 working. I am doing this on my
home network and work machine. My home network has a D-Link DIR-825 rev
B as the external interface to Fios. My work machine is Fedora 13 going
through god knows what between my ethernet cable and the internet.
On the D-Link, there is a IPv6 section which I told to use 6to4 to get
v6 capabilities. This works from inside going out. If I ping6 a IPv6
host on the net (like by getting IP6 address via "dig www.apnic.net
AAAA") or browse to it it works.
The work machine has a SIXXS tunnel I requested from them and I yum
installed the "aiccu" package, and edited its config. It also works with
outgoing connections.
What I want is to be able to connect INTO one or both of these.
The APNIC page gives what it says is my IP when I connect in. When
things are set up the way I have them, it is a v6 IP. But when I try to
ping, nmap etc those IPs from the other end it does not work.
Keeping Kent Miller's talk in mind, I wanted to port scan my IPv6
connection, but I don't seem to have an incoming IPv6 connection at all.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
John
