While I appreciate your trying to soften Jay's disappointment, he's
sure to find out eventually.

A nice gentleman from Dell came by and gave us all top-of-the-line
laptops.  For some reason, they had some crazy OS called Lunix, or
something like that, preinstalled.  We all thought it was too hard to
use, especially with all that "open source" software.  It turns out to
be written by, well, just anybody!  Really!  By people who weren't
even good enough to get hired to write it, or even certified!  Yuck!
Anyway, we wiped all the drives and installed Windows 7.  All hail
Microsoft, and Dell their messenger....
