Spoken like a man who does not have an oncall shift... Silent won't wake me
up, so it's necessary for me.

But I do understand the allure of the non-offensive phone, and love my
Android's "turn over to silence ringing" feature.

As for an mp3 to ringtone program, I'm afraid I use ringdroid right on my
phone. Sorry for the non-help.
