[Novalug] SOOOT: using Wine to run Micro$haft apps

For any Windows app, check the AppDB on http://appdb.winehq.org/. Some work well, some not at all. The Samsung phone manager for my roommate's mobile phone doesn't run at all under Wine. (Not that it runs really well under Windows, either.)
I keep thinking about getting a cheap netbook for the few Windows apps that I just can't run in Wine or replace with a similar Linux app.
