I attended two sessions two years ago. I think it was the first year
after a period of no training sessions.

As to the quality, it will depend greatly on the instructor. I don't
thing any of the offered topics have been repeated and it is likely
that the instructor has prepared the materials specifically for the
ACM training. The sessions I attended (intro & intermediate with the
same instructor) were OK, not great.

The training environment when I attended was quite good. The hardware
for the hands-on exercises was outstanding. Sun workstations with dual,
quad-core, Opteron cpu's with IIRC, 24GB of memory and large monitors
running some version of linux. Desk space for course materials was
tight however.

HTH,
Jon
