[Novalug] power runs and cat 5 distance

I'm adding two new 20 amp circuits and running them into my garage.  I also
plan on using this same pathway to get cat5 runs from my basement to the upper
floors.  I don't have a lot of room to play with, and it might be necessary to
run these cables within inches of each other.  The 20 amp circuit wiring is
12-2, not that makes a difference.

My big question: I know power can interfere with cat5, do I have a concern
here or not?
