I have disabled everything:

- CD-rom drive
- floppy drive
- USB
- Serial
- Parallel
- removed one of the two ram modules
- I have even removed the power to any IDE or floppy device in the case 
it's a power issue

Now I have only two IRQs. If I plug the three cards, still doesn't work.
