[Novalug] Ubuntu Natty Narwahl & multiple monitors

I added a monitor to my Ubuntu 11.04 laptop.  Unfortunately, with all
the changes, managing multiple monitors is not cool.  I cannot set
different resolutions or re-arrange the monitors (like switch the
display order) as I could previously.  

Does anyone know the command/GUI used in the System | Preferences |
Monitor menu?

I am starting to google but I see others with the same issue but no
solution.
