[Novalug] Firefox / Acrobat Reader multiple refreshes needed

I have the same phenomenon. My solution is simple:

right-click on the blank page. This brings up a dialog.
Choose 'save as', and save it to disk.

Once it is safely on disk you can read it with your favorite
pdf reader.
