I prefer having a slide out keyboard on my Samsung Epic.

I'm all thumbs and the screen keyboards don't really work with thumbs.  I
spent more time backspacing than inputting.  Having real keys works for me.

I sold my IPOD Touch, moved my music to the SD card on my phone, use Google
listen and never looked back.
