[Novalug] Removing the FIOS Actionec Router, replacing it with my router

As a side note - the ActionTech is only needed if you want to update
the Set Top box information.  Since that comes COAX out of the STB it
has to be on the network somewhere.  If you don't have any STB's or
don't care about updating the info then you don't need it.
