Depending on application, resolution might need to be one of the first
features to be considered.  If one is concerned about showing a photo
of a suspected "perp" to the police after an event has taken place,
better resolution can help with better identification.  For real time
viewing, this prolly isn't as important, of course.  In the case of
a stream of photos, rather than a vid feed, bandwidth shouldn't
be a major problem as it might be with a vid feed.
