Here is my config file (sanitized for my protection...):
# /etc/ddclient.conf
protocol=dyndns2
use=web, web=checkip.dyndns.com, web-skip='IP Address'
server=members.dyndns.org
login=<my login>
password='<my passwd>'
me.example.com,me.example2.com,me.example2.com
This works for my. I do use one of their addresses (XXX.homelinux.com and
XXX.homelinux.org) not my own domain but it should work just the same.
I do not use them for MX records though I know that is an option.
