Walt,
It means so many things that it really doesn't mean anything in
particular, IMHO. To my martial arts background, it means somebody
who looks darn good in a YouTube vid, but gets his tuckus kicked
royally in a street fight. Here's a link that does a good job on the

BTW - I'm not knocking "high energy" per se, but there are times for
marathons as well as sprints.
