[Novalug] Fedora 13 update

Upgrading between releases isn't recommend and at F13 was an iffy procedure.

preupgrade is the way to go in my experience if you can't reinstall
and remount /home

sudo yum install -y preupgrade
sudo preupgrade (pretty sure you need sudo)
