What are you really trying to do?

Samba domain authentication is used for single sign-on where you have a
SINGLE server control the LOGON/access of all machines on a network see:

If you just want to SHARE a files/printers with Windows users by Samba
(Adhoc)  you don't need to use domain authentication.
