[Novalug] Dead computer update (embarrassed)

Turns out that a dead battery on the MoBo will keep the system from
throwing posts and booting. Looks like a many different things.

Unfortunately the advice came AFTER I bought a new computer. That
said, now I can build a Hack-In-Tosh for video processing. So it isn't
a total waste.
