[Novalug] Need advice on colo space..

I have a customer that has a need to upload large amounts of data to a server so that it can be downloaded by his employees.  I suggested that we install his server at a colocation facility where he would be able to physically come and transfer data from an external drive.  I don't really know how this works or how much it would cost.  Can someone on this list help me find a space or offer to rent a slot in a rack in Reston or Herndon?
