[Novalug] T-Shirt design page updates with Mark Mertz's designs

I have added Mark's new Patrick Henry picture to the Nova tux page. 
I will be busy as Maryland early voting  election judge Sat, 1/2 
of Sunday and then Monday through Thurs so I may not be able to 
update images in a timely manner after Sunday evening until 
following Friday. I apologize for any inconvenience but they do not let 
you have laptops in the polling station.
