[Novalug] ATX case with front mounted mother ports and cards, or rear mounted bays

Does anyone know of a tower case that has the ATX mother mounted backwards so that the ports for both the motherboard and PCI slots are facing forward?

Alternatively, a case with rear mounted drive bays?
