[Shenlug] libdvdcss not found, totem won't play DVD

Thanks to David and Alvin for responding. Yes, I had both libdvdcss and 
libdvdread installed, but there must have been a mis-config somewhere. 
Following Alvin's comment about Kaffeine, I installed it. Perhaps Kaff's 
installation fixed the config problem: I can now play DVD in not only 
Kaffeine, but Totem as well.
