debugging Mailman pipeline on XEmacs Beta (CC stripping)

I'm debugging the Mailman pipeline for the CC stripping stuff on
xemacs-beta.  (It probably affects all the Mailman lists, but XEmacs
Beta is the only one that gets enough traffic to be visible.)

I don't expect any impact on either xemacs-beta readers or tux.org
operations, beyond appending to the trace logs on the mail host.  It
should not be visible in any way.

But I've been wrong before.  If you do notice something odd, please
let us know at xemacs-mailmaint at xemacs.org (or reply to this message,
Reply-To is set).
