[Bug: 21.5-b18] undefined reference to `cwnn_yincod_pzy' in mule-wnnfns.c

Known bug.  Past versions of Wnn included the Chinese and Korean code
by default; they've changed this policy, and now only the Japanese
code is included by default.  Configure '--with-wnn=no'.

To Wnn users: I intend to close this bug by making that the default;
patches are welcome, however.
