emacs speaks statistics

[Vijaya]

Hello XEmacs team,
Since we do not have internet access on our server,I could not able to do
the steps to install emacs speaks statistics.So,I would appreciate if you
can provide the Binary package for our Solaris 8 server(SPARC) or steps how
to install the package on our system.
