Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. When I look into the feature filled BTS
out there I get confused with all the feaures. Are these features really there to help
me!?

A web based system where just a few people, the core developers, can enter and manage
issues but many, the rest of us, can read about them would be a big improvement (and
probably easy to set up to.)
