Bug push - we need a bug tracking system.

Since two of you mention it, I'll take a look at it.  However, neither
Ubuntu (Debian derivative) nor GNU Arch (whose ad hoc Buggoo tracker
was written by an enthusiastic Debian maintainer) use it; hardly a
recommendation.
