Xemacs, Vista, and package install (ftp problem)

Can you run ftp from the command line?  If so, find out what ftp
command is running and set efs-ftp-program-name to that program.

Alternatively, the 21.5 setup kit for windows includes gnus.  You can
download the latest version from
http://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/windows/testing/XEmacs_Setup_21.5-b28-2007-06-19.exe

I have not tried the kit on Vista, but there have been reports that it works.

Anothe alternative: there is an experimental XEmacs-21.5 cygwin setup
kit.  Run cygwin setup and look for the experimental XEmacs 21.5
package.
