Removing bitrotted system support: any progress?

A couple of weeks back I removed _all_ unexec and dynodump stuff from
SXEmacs[1].  I didn't delete any of the s&m files, I simply commented
anything defining unexec.  But I did delete all of the unexec and
dynodump files.

We'll certainly let you know if anything blows up. :-)
