No mails on merges. Can we have them?

Hi,

I just noticed that there seems to be no mails to xemacs-patches on
merges. The commit mail from "changeset: 5209:94982b8f9485" is in
xemacs-patches but there is no merge mail from "changeset:
5210:23f00bfd78a4".

Is it possible to get such mails? The buildbot looks for the commit
mail for triggering builds so it is currently not starting any builds
on merges.
