Do this.  pdump should work fine everywhere, but why not use the
buildbot to test?

I'd rather not break what isn't broken yet at this point in time.  I
don't recall the details, but some of the configure code I wrote
related to pdump was pretty hairy.  Feel free to post a bug to the
tracker, though.
